1. Adoption Eligibility

To adopt a puppy from Shih Tzu Haven, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide a safe, loving, and secure home.

  • Agree to care for the puppy responsibly and humanely.

2. Adoption Fees

Our Shih Tzu puppies are available for adoption at a fee ranging from $600 to $900, depending on each puppy’s unique characteristics. This fee helps cover veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, and other costs.

Note: We do not offer breeding rights. All puppies are placed as companion pets only.

3. Reservation and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a puppy.

  • Full payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the adoption process.

4. Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a limited health guarantee that covers genetic conditions and ensures your puppy is up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming at the time of adoption.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer safe and reliable shipping to any city or state within the United States. Delivery charges may apply and will be discussed individually with each buyer.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • If unforeseen circumstances arise, and you are unable to care for your puppy, please contact us. We may assist in rehoming, but no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds are only considered if the puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic condition within the timeframe specified in the health guarantee.

7. Breeder Rights

Shih Tzu Haven reserves the right to:

  • Deny adoption if we believe the environment is unsuitable.

  • Cancel an adoption with full refund if policies or terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any future health issues, behavior changes, or damages after the puppy leaves our care. Proper care, training, and socialization are the responsibility of the new owner.
